How to set up database connection in Visual Studio ARM template

Good afternoon

I was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction.

To date, all my logic app development has been within the portal. There is now a requirement to get this into Visual Studio and source control but I seem to have fallen at the first hurdle!

I have set up VS to perform logic app development locally. I have gone to find my logic app in Cloud Explorer and when I open this initially, by right clicking Open with Logic App Editor, all looks good: 

I proceed, download the json file for the logic app, add it to my project and then right click this 'new' file and Open with Logic App Editor and I am now presented with the following: 

 I am assuming my project needs to have these connections set up so how would I go about that? Is there a quick way to set this up the data gateway as per the portal? If someone could point me in the right direction or if anyone has got a blog post, etc, I'd be most grateful.

Sorry for the long silence. In Logic Apps, connections are referred to as "API Connections" and need to be created just like any Azure Resources. You'll need to have these connections already created either in Portal or from a Powershell script. And then in your ARM template, you'll need to point to these existing API Connection as needed.
