  • Here are some general steps to change the mail server in Orchestrator:

Log in to Orchestrator with administrative credentials.
Navigate to the Settings page or the Configuration section, where you can find the mail server settings.
Update the SMTP server address, port, and other relevant settings with the new mail server information. You may need to consult your IT team or email provider for the correct SMTP settings.
Save the changes and test the connection to ensure that Orchestrator can successfully communicate with the new mail server.
If necessary, update any email-related activities or processes in your Orchestrator workflows to reflect the changes in the mail server settings.

    • To change the mail server in Orchestrator, you can follow these steps:

Log in to Orchestrator as an administrator.

Go to the Settings page by clicking on the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

      Select the Mail tab.

Click on the Edit button next to the current mail server.

Enter the details for the new mail server, including the hostname or IP address, port number, and any required authentication credentials.

Click Save to save the changes.

Test the new mail server by sending a test email from Orchestrator.
