Problem with my account - email that I created the account is invalid. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

Sorry if the categories might not be the right ones for this question, but I'm having a problem with my Azure Account.

I created one like 4 months ago with my company's email and started a Free Tier. But, since I spent more resources, on March and April I was charged for it.

Now, since I quit my job, and on the same time my company integrated their email to O365, they did not include my email on it. Now, the thing is that I want to access my account, cancel the subscription and change the email. How do I do this?

Thanks in advance to anyone that responds,

First thing, Azure Free Trial Account is valid only for 30 days. If you were using the same account post 30 days then that must have converted to Pay-As-You-Go subscription. If by any chance you were using a Azure free credit subscription then we may need to check the type of subscription and take necessary action accordingly. If you are sure that this is a Pay-As-You-Go subscription and you want to access it after it was disabled, you may reach out to Azure subscription management team by raising a support request following the instructions from this link - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request the support professional would be able to check your account\subscription details and help you further with your concern.
