Problem Counting hours RRS feed

  • hi, i'm from brazil and i have a problem counting the hours on Project Online, the hours have been approved, but instead of approved status, this one has representative status (failed hours). What does this representative status mean? and how do i solve this problem? I tried to put a picture here but my account hasn't been verified yet.

  • The procedure is as follows:

    1. I joined as an employee representative;

    2. I indicated the hours of the week from 06/01 to 06/06;

    3. I stopped acting and entered the approvals;

    4. The indicated times appeared for approval and were accepted approved;

    5. I updated the project schedule;

    6. I signed in as an employee representative to verify that the board appears as approved on the Manage Timesheet tab, but is not approved.

  • In Project Online, there are usually 2 levels of approvals: first level is task level which is approved by status manager (can be set up in Project plan), second level is the Timesheet Manager level (can be set up in Resource Center view in PWA). Not until the second level is approved then the timesheet status you see in Manage Timesheet will change to Approved status.
