I am trying to install Ubuntu 13.0.0 on Windows Ultimate but is not working.

Hi 2013fm,
This is a wrong forum. And you can't install a operating system top of other operating system,. Either it has to be side by side installtion or you need to use some kind of virtual software to install the Ubuntu on window ulimate.
