AMS : All AudioAnalyzerPreset Jobs are Failing RRS feed

  • Hello,

    Our Encoding & Analyzer jobs, which were working fine till yesterday have suddenly started failing today.

    Is there any update on Media Services side?

    The webjob fails in "WaitForJobToFinishAsync".

    [0] is encoding job and [1] is audio analyzer.

    In Job log, its showing that exception "An error has occurred. Stage: ApplyIntelligenceCommand. Code: Microsoft.Media.Encoding.Contracts.ProcessAgent.Exceptions.ProcessAgentException" is being thrown.


    Appreciate any help!!

  • As per Microsoft, the fix for this issue is getting released on 11th June 2020.

  • We are getting the same problem - but I think we are going to  have to jump ship and change to a different encoding service, for something like this to be down for nearly 2 weeks when for us encoding is business critical is huge problem :\
