Errors in storage accounts and cannot resize pools in batch accounts RRS feed

  • Question

  • I found that the results of tasks cannot be stored in the storage accounts due to permission deny. Moreover, all pools cannot be resized to use nodes. I found all three storage accounts, including the one just created, have the following errors information in Blob service and Queue service.

    Failed to list containers: code: AuthorizationPermissionMismatch content: <cyclic object> message: This request is not authorized to perform this operation using this permission. RequestId:582d694e-001e-009c-49c1-364bcb000000 Time:2019-07-10T01:44:45.7869614Z name: StorageError requestId: 582d694e-001e-009c-49c1-364bcb000000 url: https://ttstr.blob.core.windows.net/?comp=list&_=1562723085535 xhr: {}

    Failed to list queues: code: AuthorizationPermissionMismatch content: <cyclic object> message: This request is not authorized to perform this operation using this permission. RequestId:5a407b0b-f003-0001-14c1-36318b000000 Time:2019-07-10T01:44:45.8433382Z name: StorageError requestId: 5a407b0b-f003-0001-14c1-36318b000000 url: https://ttstr.queue.core.windows.net/?comp=list&_=1562723086250 xhr: {}

    How to fix it? Thanks.

  • Can you elaborate a bit more on the processes you are following and when and where exactly you are getting these errors? Any documentation you are following? Or screenshots you might be able to share?
