Machine Learning Studio Experiments Stuck on queued

Question

Hi,

I have been trying to run an experiment on my client's subscription, but it has been stuck in queued status for too long. I tried the 'SAVE AS' method recommended in other posts, but it did not help, and the new experiment ended up stuck in queued as well (even after deleting the original one). 

Any help would be much appreciated, as I do not currently have access to their Azure support plan.

Hi Linda,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please try reloading the experiment. If you're still experiencing this issue, send us the link to the stuck experiment. And also the maximum execution time for the free tier per experiment is one hour. If your experiment need more than a hour of execution time that'll get queued. In the paid version you'll get 7 days (168 hours) for a single experiment execution.

At the meantime, I would highly recommend you to try with new Machine Learning Studio: https://ml.azure.com/
