How can I connect to postgres server through http or https protocol without portal ?

My company network rule only accept http and https protocol so i can not connect to postgres server. How can I connect pgAdmin to postgres server through http or https protocol without portal ?

I am not aware of any other way but for using a middle tier to interface the requests over HTTP.

PostgREST is a webserver that provides a RESTful interface over your database.
