Transform XML failing for unknonw reason all of a sudden. RRS feed

  • Transform XML has stopped working.  It's returning Unknown Error and when you look up the retries in log, it's reporting Internal Server Error.  This is causing the business to fail to receive any new orders.  When I resubmitted an earlier file it fails now too.

  • Thanks.  What you described shows it works.  I'll keep it in mind next time this happens.

    The solution I found was to reupload the Schema and Map to the account again.  Before that I had downloaded the map to review it.  It was identical to what I had originally uploaded. I'm thinking something got corrupted in the IA at a permission level, or maybe a temporary glitch in the file storage system behind the scenes.

  • Can you check your Integration Account is up and running:

    Go to your integration account | Callback URL blade. Copy the integration account GUID e.g.

    In a web browser go to: https://xslt-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.azurewebsites.net
