Asked by:
How do I cancel an Azure Developer Support subscription?

Question
-
I signed up for an Azure Developer Support subscription and I have no idea how to cancel it now that I no longer need it. It keeps billing my credit card monthly but gives me no indication on how to cancel. Naturally the email receipt I receive comes from a "noreply" address. I don't want to have to take it up with the credit card company since I will need to do that monthly. Any ideas how to cancel? Microsoft is great at billing credit cards for subscriptions but makes it almost impossible to cancel them.

Sorry for the painful experience. You may cancel a support plan from Azure portal by following the instructions from this link - https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/resources/knowledge-center/how-do-i-change-or-cancel-my-azure-support-plan/ if that doesn't help, you can reach out to Azure subscription management team to investigate this issue further and resolve it.
