How can i get a promotion code?

I want to create a new project of windows Azure ,but when I come  into  Windowsazurepass ,here showed me that I must have a promotion code ,how can I get it ?

I hope you are using it for the first time for your LIVE ID. If you have not used the pass before, please retry registering through the promo code already mentioned and use this URL: http://www.windowsazurepass.com 

if it stills does not work, then try the promocode: parasdoshi
