    Hi, 

    I have implemented Microsoft Text to Speech (Bing Speech api) to convert text to speech using Java. I want to control the voice speed (i want to make it read slowly) of the output. Is it possible ? If so , please let me know.

    Thanks for the reference Patrick. However it is not applicable for the bing speech api based on java.
