Translation issues from Italian to English

Question

Hi I have just downloaded translator and have gone to translate my first document from Italian to English. Chose the PDF chose from language Italian and to language English. Clicked go and the document has not changed. Not even a letter. Can someone please advise

Can you try to translate a .txt file? That will show whether you have the credentials set up.

The translation of .pdf, .doc, .xls, .ppt an installation of Office 2010 or later is required on this machine. My suspicion is that the Document Translator was unable to start Office 2010. Try starting Word manually before starting Document Translator.
