ML to run remote packages

    Question

  • Hi All

I would like to know if the following can be achieved:

Can a central NAS share be used as the home directory for all of our R packages, and how we configure nodes so that this centralised folder for packages appears to the compute nodes exactly whether it be a UNC the same as their local C:\ based folder and for users to access the centralised package.

Note: This is an On-Prem ML running 9.2.1.

    Regards

    Rajesh

  • Hi,

Could you check to see if SQL Server with ML is an option for your use case? This can be an on-premise solution.
