Create Cresent Report icon not available

Question

Hi I've installed Sharepoint 2010 and SP1, PowerPivot with Denali CTP3 and have configured the SSRS sharepoint addin.  I don't see the Create Cresent Report icon in my PowerPivot Gallery.  What am I missing???

We couldn't reproduce this error with CTP3, but you may want to try Denali RC0 http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=28145

I've installed BI ImageX (RCO) and  started the http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/6176.aspx tutorial. 

After updating a PowerPivot model with several inked tables then saving it you are directed to open the model in Power View. The Power View icon isn't available for the updated xlsx. The Power View icon is available for another xlsx. Waited 5-10 minutes,refreshed, Power View icon never appears. Ideas?

General question - Should all xlsx files in a PowerPivot Gallery have the Power View icon available ?
