save as thumbnail in word document

I am developing an wpf application using c# in which i am creating a word document, i have to check weather save as thumbnil property of word document is checked or unchecked ,if uncheked checked it. i have searched it in google but not found any solution.

please provide me some solution.

i am using microsoft office 2007,
