  • Hello Dasaeth Vega .

Is this error coming from the browser, or a deployment message?  Can you show me some screenshots please?

  • I saw the same error message when I loaded that screen.  However, after filling out all the fields, I was able to create the Analysis Service instance.  Are you experiencing any loss of functionality?

  • I can’t select the administrator

  • I see.  When I load the page, the administrator defaults to my identity.  Clicking select does nothing, and I am unable to change the administrator.  I will check with the product group to see whether this is a limitation of the UI workflow, or something else.

Is it the case that your name shows up by default, but you want to change it to someone else,
    or,
is it the case that no identity shows up in there?

If it is the former, know that the administrator(s) can be changed after creation.  (see below)

  • Thank you for you answer, is it the case that no identity shows up in there, the service was not created yet.

  • I just heard back from the developers.  This is a known issue and a fix is expected in a small number of days.
