I set ubuntu on windows azure, and windows server, here the server I can control with RDP and here is how it is possible to be connected to ubuntu, there even the button isn't present to be connecting

Though it is possible to configure an Ubuntu VM to support VNC or even RDP connections, connecting via SSH is the common approach. If you are connecting from a Windows client, you can use a tool called Putty for this. You will connect using the
external IP and SSH port that is shown under the Quick Glance section on the VM's Dashboard.
