Payment profile action required RRS feed

  • Dear sir,

    I have given exact details as per bank records. Still I get message that 'Action required'. Kindly clear this issue.

    Are you creating a new payment or editing the old payment? If you are creating a new one, could you check your steps with Create a bank-based payment profile? by the way,the video in Microsoft Payment Central may give you some help.
    Since the payment setting up issue includes many personal info and the forum is a public place, we can't ask you for more info to reproduce the error.If you want a faster way to solve your issue, you could make a support ticket to ask the team for one-to-one help.(Steps: Click 'Contact us'>'Dashboard' as support topic >........)
