Unsubscribe from "Windows Azure Team" emails RRS feed

  • Question

  • How can you unsubscribe from the Windows Azure Team emails?  They don't have an unsubscribe link and the support links on the email are broken.  Are they doing such a bad job that they don't want people to stop receiving their updates?  It's 2011, how come you can't EASILY unsubscribe from a mailing list from this service?

    Has anyone figure it out?

  • This.

I keep getting spam from Windows Azure about every two weeks. They don't honor UNSUBSCRIBE requests. No unsubscribe link is given in the email as they claim that the message is an important part of the program - even though the emails are being used to advertise uninteresting features such as Oracle VMs.

    Such a disappointment.

  • There appears to be communication options at, in the sidebar to the right. Guess we'll see if that works in 2 weeks :p

  • I found a better way.  Go to and change your email address to And by "anything", it can literally be any valid user name. Mailinator is a GREAT receptacle for spam.

  • Same thing. Finally got tired of it and decided to find a way to stop it, only to discover you can't. Guess I'm going to mark it as spam... hope I won't miss anything that is actually important <g class="gr_ gr_239 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace" data-gr-id="239" id="239">within</g> all this spam.

  • JEEZ, after 6 years, they are STILL bugging us, and still NO decent way to unsubscribe, and ONLY silly cliche answers from Microsoft to "to contact our customer support"!

  • To my opinion, this is a serious violation of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which will be reinforced tomorrow, 25 May 2018, and basically states that I should have an easy way to unsubscribe from unwanted e-mails.
