Returning client's IP in response RRS feed

    any way I could pick up the IP of the client the request originated from and return it?

  • You could see the X-Forwarded-For attribute in output which is a common method for identifying the originating IP address of a client connecting to a web server through an HTTP proxy .

    Snapshot of logic app running in eastasia and my IP address is 13.75.94.17.

    Also If the intention is to restrict calling a logic app only from specific clients. For example, you can manage your endpoint through Azure API Management, you can restrict the logic app to only accept the request when the request comes from the API Management instance IP address.

    This setting can be configured within the logic app settings:

    1. In the Azure portal, open the logic app you want to add IP address restrictions
    2. Click the Access control configuration menu item under Settings
    3. Specify the list of IP address ranges to be accepted by the trigger
