Got the error message: "AADSTS50057: User account is disabled." when trying to publish a new webservice from studio.azureml.net RRS feed

  • Question

  • I've created a new experiment in Azure ML Studio and now try to publish this experiment as a web service (new version/ not the classic). But during the publish action I got the following message:

Error Message: AADSTS50057: User account is disabled.
    Trace ID: 388330a9-cdb9-4524-adfb-34a5377a8d00
    Correlation ID: 989bdd67-d14f-4cd4-a5df-8de1b6a18fb8
    Timestamp: 2019-11-01 09:50:20Z
    Site Path: /webservices/deployExperiment
    Activity ID: dbe7d222-99a9-4a6b-98c0-4577aabb0cfa
    Request ID: a2fed4e8-27a7-49ca-8032-26d147cedd98
    Workspace ID: fffa47535aa54ef093529e07edd025cc
    Subscription ID: f0ac1587-126e-4364-a127-f9ff763cf0cb
    Workspace Type: Free
    User Role: Owner
    Tenant ID: b5c4c882-a4cf-40df-a1ac-ab704c1a27ef

But my account is enabled in our Azure AD. And i'am able to login to my workspace and also https://services.azureml.net/webservices and can see al the plans and webservices which I created before.

Did anyone else had a similar issue with publishing a new experiment?

If you have the access but still can not publish any experiment, please send us an email at Azcommunmity@microsoft.com with Azure subscription ID and URL of this thread so that we can help you investigate it further.

  • Hi Yutong,

I've full control of both the subscription where my webservice plan is located and the Azure ML Studio workspace as well. But the issue still occurs. I will send an email to azcommunity@microsoft.com with more details.

    Regards,

    Sander
