Unable to connect to Cloud Shell (Bash) RRS feed

  • Hi Team,

    Previously i was able to connect to Cloud shell, but i am facing issue to connect to Cloud shell now. Seems like Storage account ran into issue. It was corrupted and trying to create new storage account but failing. Please resolve ASAP. Thank you

  • In which region do you have the Storage account that ran into issues?

  • Are you getting any error message or error code? If so, can you share the screenshot?

    Have you tried in different region?

    • Sign out and re-login to the Azure portal and then test.
    • Clear cache/cookies/temp files and then check to see if it works.
    • Also, test this on a different browser and see if it makes any difference.
