  • i couldn't access to any software in my account?? how i solve it??

    this message usually means that some suspicious activity is detected within the same IP address or university domain. In most cases soft blocking is applied to users sharing this IP address or domain. Soft blocking can last from an hour and up to 24 hours.

    Please, retry within the next 24 hours and if your account will still be blocked, we'll investigate.

  • Dishani, I'm sorry you had to go through that and hope that everything got sorted out.

    For anyone else encountering this, if waiting doesn't work, you will ultimately need to create a New Support Request and include at a minimum:

    • The Error code (the 715-number)
    • The Transaction ID or the Email you used to log in (if there is a log in)

    Please do not include Personally Identifiable Information (PII) like passwords.

    You should receive an immediate notice that the support request was received.
