Dishani, I'm sorry you had to go through that and hope that everything got sorted out.
For anyone else encountering this, if waiting doesn't work, you will ultimately need to create a New Support Request and include
at a minimum:
- The Error code (the 715-number)
- The Transaction ID or the Email you used to log in (if there is a log in)
Please do not include Personally Identifiable Information (PII) like passwords.
You should receive an immediate notice that the support request was received.
