narrator is reading WPF controls that are hidden or collapsed. How to stop reading controls which are not vissible in WPF?

    Question

  • Hi ,

    I have a WPF form in which few controls are hidden using setting Visibility="Hidden"  or Visibility="Collapsed".

    So end user will not see this controls on Form but using Narrator this controls are getting read.

    How to skip this controls from reading using Narrator.  CAPS + Right Arrow key will go control by control on hidden controls also.

    Windows 8 Narrator .....

    <Window x:Class="WpfApplicationHidden.MainWindow"

            xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation"

            xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml"

            Title="MainWindow" Height="350" Width="525">

        <Grid>

            <Label Content="Hello label" Height="28" HorizontalAlignment="Left" Margin="174,79,0,0" Name="label1" VerticalAlignment="Top" />

            <TextBlock Height="23" HorizontalAlignment="Left" Margin="174,126,0,0" Name="textBlock1" Text="Hello Text block" VerticalAlignment="Top" Visibility="Collapsed" />

            <TextBlock Height="23" HorizontalAlignment="Left" Margin="146,231,0,0" Name="textBlock2" Text="bye bye" VerticalAlignment="Top" Visibility="Hidden" />

        </Grid>

    </Window>

    Thanks in Advance......
