Sync - Files are not syncing from Azure file share to server

Question
-
I am working Azure File storage with Sync storage. I have sync issues on persistent Errors and transient Errors as shown below.
Sync has failed to upload or download files listed in this category. Sync will try again, and typically issues are resolved automatically, no admin action is required. If a file repeatedly fails to sync, it will move to the persistent category. To identify individual files, refer to the remediation section below.

For bettering understanding can you let me know what all troubleshooting steps have you tried?
For testing purpose can try to rename the file without any special character and try to sync and let me status.
Have you tried to reboot the server and also try to un-install & re-install the agent again?
Based on the error message 0x80C80207 - A file or directory change can't be synced yet because a dependent folder is not yet synced. This item will sync after the dependent changes are synced. No action is required.
Please let me know if the issue still persists.- Edited by SumanthMarigowda-MSFTMicrosoft employee, Moderator Thursday, October 10, 2019 5:19 AM
