ARM template mismatch after feb 2016 SDK update RRS feed

We have invested in setting up a release pipeline with VSTS, where we provision service fabric clusters using the ARM template deployments. After the recent update to the service fabric SDK, the ARM template for Service Fabric that can be selected from the Visual Studio wizard when creating new ARM deployment projects, is out of date. They are based on the alpa API, which use plain VMs for the cluster.

If we use the azure portal to configure a new service fabric cluster and download the ARM template, it uses the newer beta API, which uses VM scalesets. But this ARM template cannot easily replace the existing alpa template, without doing a lot of tweaking due to missing default values for params and variables.

Please update the ARM template so it is easy to add from the Visual Studio ARM resource wizard, with proper defaults, so true continouos delivery is easier to setup using VSTS.
