Hi usher227,
C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0 is the default installation path for ClickOnce. It will be automatically installed under the user's corresponding folder. And this cannot be modified.

Hi usher227,
I am afraid the answer is negative. The installation path of ClickOnce is not changeable.
