Office 365 Education Single Sign On RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi, can I at subscription Office 365 Education use SSO between on-premise and AzureAD without ADFS server? I wanted to follow the instructions https://modalyitblog.com/tag/azure/, but I can not find it in the Azure Admin Portal Device section.

    Thanks.

  • You can run AADConnect with either Pass-Through Authentication or Password Hash Sync to achieve a certain appearance of SSO.

If you want to look at the Azure Active Directory objects for your tenant, you'll need to go to https://manage.windowsazure.com and log in with your managed Office 365 Global Admin account (user@tenant.onmicrosoft.com) and register.  You'll have to provide a credit card for verification purposes, but you will not be billed.

  • I tried to log administrator account Office 365 Education to https://portal.azure.com. Login no problem. When I try login to the portal https://manage.windowsazure.com seems to me the following page.

It is possible to use a subscription Office 365 Education together with the Single Sign On?

  • Do find the documentation on the different Office 365 Education Plans and their included features.
Also suggest the Blog on Deploying Office 365 Education? You don’t need single sign-on, and here’s why!

For further assistance, suggest you can contact Office 365 Support

Also, having an Office 365 Subscription, when you login to the https://manage.windowsazure.com, the tenant does not have a Azure Subscription hence it would show you the error "No Subscriptions Found" which is expected.
