Analog of ElasticSearch RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

Need some help with Azure services. Our all projects will go to Azure cloud as well as one of the new projects that should use Elastic Search. Now we just need to now which Azure service can be totally equivalent to Elastic Search (or better its full stack ElasticSearch+Kibana+Logstash) and how much expensive it is from the view of CPU usage.

    Thanks.

  • Hi MariamG,

This article helps you understand how Microsoft Azure services compare to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Whether you are planning a multicloud solution with Azure and AWS, or migrating to Azure, you can compare the IT capabilities of Azure and AWS services in all categories.

In the following tables, there are multiple Azure services listed for some AWS services. The Azure services are similar to one another, but depth and breadth of capabilities vary.

Elasticsearch -plans: Elasticsearch cluster with up to 50 data nodes (assuming you have a sufficiently large VM quota), with optional Kibana and Logstash. Elastic Stack platinum features like monitoring, security, alerting, graph and machine learning are automatically activated as part of a 30 day trial license.

    For more details, refer “Elasticsearch-overview”.
