Doc Translator error "Navigation Failed"

Question

Hi, I install  Microsoft Doc translator and work fine on my PC, now I'm installing it on my laptop, I put my credentials and the doc translator crash.

When crash I try to re-open and go to settings now show something like this:

Navigation Failed

I try to unistall it = Not work/Not ask againg the Client ID and Secret ID

I try IE clean temp/passwords/cookies=  Not work/Not ask againg the Client ID and Secret ID

How can I re-put the credentials?

Hi Jose,

thanks for reporting this.

I suspect that the application is doing something stupid based on the system locale of your machine. Are you running both computers, your desktop and your laptop, with the same system locale of Windows?
