Hello, when I boot up my computer or reinstall Windows Live Messenger, it'll be stable with the CPU for a while. Then it'll start to lag. I look under processes and msnmsgr.exe is indeed using up a lot of my CPU.
Why could this be? I've uninstalled it with ZapMessenger, and still didn't fix my issue.
Thanks to any suggestions.
-- EDIT
When I sign into WLM, the contacts list will pop up - I had disabled this so it doesn't popup automatically. It works fine, no hogging of the CPU. When I have a conversation, it uses around 4% of the CPU. Then when I open up the contacts list, BAM. It all
hits. If I closed the contacts list, the problem is still there.
Just Learning. No hard feelings if I seem very dumb.
