Migrating data from IBM Cloud Virtual Server to Azure SQL Database

Question

I am looking for a tutorial or information about migrating data from my database on a IBM/Softlayer virtual server into my Azure SQL Database. I only see tutorials for on-premise to Cloud, but I'm looking for Cloud to Cloud I guess. Any help is appreciated.
