I have followed all the steps for the installation and configuration of Sharepoint 2010, Power pivot with Denali CTP3 option as guided in the Microsoft sites
But Unfortunatly I am getting following error message while I click on the "Create Crescent Report" option from the "Document Library""An error occurred while loading the model for the item or data source 'http://dynsqldenali/Yellowstrom/Shared Documents/HelloWorldPicnicDenaliCTP3.bism'. Verify that the connection information is correct and that you have permissions to access the data source."

I think the root cause of the error is that you installed Juneau on top of Denali CTP3: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2580208
This causes a mix of incompatible dlls that as a result cause PowerPivot System Service inside SharePoint to no longer work. You should still be able to put your model on a stand-alone AS server outside the SP farm, and point Crescent to that one.
The issue is currently investigated, and already filed as a MSConnect bug here: http://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/feedback/details/684436/installing-project-juneau-on-a-denali-ctp3-project-crescent-installation-breaks-the-crescent-environment

Thanks for the reply.
But I am sure that I havn't installed Juneau on top of Denali CTP3.
Though it would be helpful , if you could tell me how to verify that the Juneau is installed or not?
Or any other help in this regards would be appriciated.

The error message details you posted originally contains a SQL build number: 11.0.1515.0
That build number is newer than Denali CTP3. Hence, my assumption that you could have only gotten that build number if you installed the KB I mentioned in my previous response and/or Juneau, because they are build 1515.
