    I cannot access my dev center account it says: 

    Access restricted
    We're sorry, you don't have permission to access this page because your Dev Center account has been deactivated. For assistance, please contact support.

    If you fail to keep your account in good standing Microsoft may revoke your developer account. For more information about the account deactivated, please refer to the second point (2.STORE ACCOUNT) in the document: App developer agreement

    Could you check your email and spam mailbox to see if you have received any relevant emails? If you has receive the mail, you could reply it to ask what you want to know. You could also make a support ticket to ask for help, you can click 'contact us' and select the 'Dashboard issue' as the support topic and 'account setup and management' as the issue type to 'submit an incident'.

    Your account was removed.
    Microsoft has implemented practices to detect abusive and/or inappropriate activity. Microsoft has removed your developer account from the Microsoft Store. In addition, Microsoft may remove any other developer accounts you create in Dev Center. Our decision to do so is based on good faith and reasonable evidence of activities that violate the terms of the App Developer Agreement. 

    Please note that you are no longer eligible to receive payments from the Microsoft Store.
