UWP app not listed in the Store RRS feed

  • Question

  • We recently published a Windows 10 (UWP) version of our app GymACE. How come this is not listed in the "Health & Fitness" category?

Since WP8 we have more than 100K downloads and hundreds of ratings. But it does not appear nowhere in the Windows 10 store as long as you type in the exact app name in the search field.

    What can we do?

It seems that the search conditions in the Store app doesn't list all apps. For example, the filter ComboBox Chats, lists some top free,Top paid apps.So your app doesn't list because it doesn't meet the conditions. In the Web version of Store, there are more filters for searching app, you may try here if it appears.

  • No, it doesn't appear in the Web version either. Is it possible that it was "forgotten" to add? Should we simply hope and wait or can we get into contact with anyone? As long as the app remains invisible, we have wasted over 1 year of development time.

  • Hi Appatary,

It seems impossible for Store to forget your app.The app recommendation of the Store does not list all the apps (as I mentioned above, the query criteria contain Top/Best), and it is affected by the region, can you try it in the area where your 100K downloads are most distributed?
