Windows Phone Registration

Question

My windows phone Lumia 730 running Windows 10 Preview is not getting registered with the Windows Phone Tools in the laptop which also runs Windows 10 preview. How to unlock my phone for testing?

You cannot currently use a Windows 10 phone for testing.

You must use the emulators built in to Visual Studio CTP6 for testing phone apps.

The ability to deploy to Windows 10 phone hardware is expected soon in an upcoming update to the tools.

Had you use the Visual Studio 13. I had Developer Unlocked my phone from there. Visual Studio is one of the best tools if you are a Developer.
