Windows Phone Emulator Not Loading

Greetings to Everyone
I am going to develop a app for Windows phone..
I have downloaded and Installed the windows phone 8 sdk and it integrated to visual studio 2012 ..
When i launch The emulator of Windows phone , it show Windows Phone OS is loading for a long time and it shows error message "Cannot connect to the windows phone functionality disabled"
Please help how to get sort out this problem...

Check for the following points
1. Do you have a Graphic Card in your PC.
2. May be your firewall is blocking the the windows phone emulator to enable this Go to Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Firewall\Allowed Programs and add another program and select windows phone application.
