create pagination in windows phone

I am a Windows phone developer.I want a pagination like below image.Please provide any sample or idea that how to possible?

Is it a Windows Phone Silverlight or runtime app?

For WP silverlight, flipView from Windows Phone Toolkit (Kinnara's fork) can be utilized

else for WP 8.1 Runtime, FlipView control is there by default.
