Biography
Vittorio Bertocci is Principal Program Manager in the Windows Azure Active Directory team, where he looks after Developer Experience. Before joining the engineering team, Vittorio worked as identity evangelist for the .NET community. His duty brought him to speak in 23 countries and 4 continents: he is a regular at conferences such as //BUILD, PDC, TechEd (USA, Europe, China, Australia, New Zealand, Japan), European Identity Conference, Cloud Identity Summit and many others. Vittorio is a published author: his latest books are “Programming Windows Identity Foundation” and (as co-author) “A Guide to Claims-Based Identity and Access Control”. He maintains a well-red blog at http://blogs.msdn.com/vbertocci, and occasionally tweets as @vibronet. Vittorio holds a master degree in Computer Science. He joined Microsoft in 2001.
