Biography

I'm an Escalation Engineer on the Microsoft Dynamics GP Escalation Engineer team. I'm focused on delivering business solutions for customers and partners with a focus around Human Resource and Payroll. During my career with Microsoft I have had the opportunity to train internal and external as well as implementations, escalations, onsite opportunities, customizations and mentor to team members. I joined Microsoft in fall of 1999, to help with payroll year and calls and have been obsessed with it ever since!
