Shawn Dieken

Shawn is a Senior Premier Field Engineer (PFE) at Microsoft focused on Dynamics CRM. He has been working with CRM since version 1.0. He works on all areas of CRM with a focus on the CRM Outlook client integration, Installations and Upgrades. Shawn started working for Microsoft in 2003 on the CRM Support team as a Support Engineer and then a Technical Lead. In 2008 he moved to the PFE team where he is currently a Designated Support Engineer focused on assisting our Enterprise Premier customers. Shawn has a passion for helping customers resolve business and technical problems and also enjoys delivering CRM training workshops. Shawn attended NDSU where he received a B.S. in MIS and a minor in CS. Shawn has his Windows Server 2003 MCSE and is also certified in Dynamics CRM 2011, CRM 4.0, SQL Server 2008 and Hyper-V. Outside of work Shawn enjoys being outdoors, watching and playing sports, hunting, fishing, camping and house projects. Shawn works out of his home office in Marshall, MN.
