I am currently working as a Technical Writer on the Web Platform and Tools Content Team. Before that I was a Program Manager on the IIS product team, where I worked with IIS Express, URL Rewrite, and the IIS web publishing technologies, (including FTP, WebDAV, and the FrontPage Server Extensions). I have been with Microsoft for seventeen years, where I worked in Microsoft Technical Support for IIS 1.0 through IIS 3.0, then with Microsoft Beta Support for IIS 4.0 and IIS 5.0. I was a Technical Writer on the User Education team for IIS 6.0 and IIS 7.0, while also serving as a member of the IIS Program Management Team for IIS 7.0, IIS 7.5, and IIS 8.0.
