I am currently working as the Program Manager for IIS 7 web publishing technologies; including FTP, WebDAV, and the FrontPage Server Extensions. I have been with Microsoft for fifteen years, and I was originally hired in late 1995 as support engineer for Microsoft Access at the short-lived Microsoft Technical Support site in Arizona. In early 1996 I helped start the FrontPage support team when Microsoft purchased Vermeer Technologies, and I helped move that team to Texas in early 1997. Following that, I worked in Microsoft Technical Support for IIS 1.0 through IIS 3.0, and with Microsoft Beta Support for IIS 4.0 and IIS 5.0. I moved to Redmond in 2005 to join the IIS User Education team for IIS 6.0, and I joined the IIS Product Team for IIS 7.0 to focus on web publishing technologies.
