Biography

Mike Kelly worked at Microsoft from 1993-2009 as a software developer, development manager and group program manager on the Microsoft Office team, and Director of Engineering Excellence Consulting, a team focused on spreading best practices – including for encouraging innovation – across the company’s engineering teams. Prior to joining Microsoft in 1993, Mike worked in a variety of software development positions. He received a BS-Computer Science in 1980 from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
