John Weyer joined Microsoft in 2001 and worked for two years prior for Solomon Software and Great Plains. John has held various positions within the support team and moved into his current role as a Premier Field Engineer in 2006 as a Designated Support Engineer focused on assisting our Enterprise Premier customers. He supports both the functional and technical side of Dynamics CRM and delivers proactive services such as Health Checks, Performance Reviews, Upgrade Readiness and Production Upgrades.
John attended college at the University of Toledo where he received a BBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems (MIS). John has his Microsoft Certified IT Professional – Database Administrator 2008 and Microsoft Certified IT Professional – Dynamics.
