Biography

I've been an SQA Engineer since 1988, and am an advocate for end-to-end software quality enhancement. With experience on high performance fault-tolerant systems, networking infrastructures, configuration management, IPAM, DRM, CMM, ISO-9000+, test planning and test automation, requirements analysis, release management, and user experience improvement, I find myself positioned as a modest member of an ever-growing and improving community of software quality engineers and advocates.
