Austin Jones

I am a Microsoft Premier Field Engineer on the PFE Dynamics CRM team. Prior to joining Microsoft, I was the Sr. CRM Technical Manager for Tribridge, a gold-certified Microsoft partner. My experience with Dynamics CRM spans implementations of versions 1.2, 3.0, 4.0, and 2011 where I have fulfilled project lead, functional analyst, and technical architect roles. My previous role also focused internally to drive CRM development standards/practices, mentor teammates, and establish a library of IP. I have worked extensively with both CRM 4.0 and 2011 SDK's to build sophisticated XRM applications. Two of my more recent XRM solutions include a call-center enrollment application utilizing ASP.NET + AJAX and WCF, and a cloud-based citizen service 311 solution providing a RESTful WCF API that implements the Open311.org GeoReportV2 protocol. I attended college at the University of North Texas where I received a BBA in Marketing and I currently reside in Frisco, TX with my wife and 1 yr. old son.
