Access Control administration page throws an exception.

Hello. I recently got an error message like below.

An error occurred while processing your request.

HTTP Error Code:	403
Message:	ACS50000: There was an error issuing a token.
Inner Message:	ACS60000: An error occurred while processing rules for   relying party   'https://ineatservice.accesscontrol.windows.net/v2/mgmt/service' using the   service identity or identity provider named 'uri:WindowsLiveID'.
Inner Message:	ACS60001: No output claims were generated during rules   processing.
Trace ID:	7f6ca7f7-274b-4373-96fb-d48d06aca2c0
Timestamp:	2012-05-22 02:59:00Z

Can I make some resolutions for this symptom?

Hi,

ACS Managerment Portal need administrator permission, do you use co-admin account to access ACS management portal? If yes, you need use administrator account to grant extra related permisstion to co-admin account.
