Lost my password

Question

I know my account name is jonflanders - is there anyway I can retrieve my password or reset it?

Hey John

The only supported way today is to get another account. We cannot retrieve passwords. We will have this ability in the near future but today I admit it... the experience sucks :(

Is there any way to expidite getting another account?  I was certain of my password, but I either typed it in wrong or am loosing my mind.  I'm locked out and I've been waiting get access to the beta for quite a while.

Do we end participation and then follow the invitation link again? If I try to use the same invitation ID in the page that starts the service I get an error on the web page that says:
Sorry. The invitation id is either invalid or has already been used.

Unfortunately at this time the password "reset" is not supported.  However, I will send you an invite to provision a new account on SSDS.  I will have it out to you by 10am today.
